This is the register and privacy policy statement of cooperative Noxit Group conformed to personal data law (10 and 24 §) and EU’s general data protection regulation (GDPR). Compiled on 31/10/18.

  1. Legal basis and purpose of handling personal data

The legal basis of handling personal data conformed to EU’s general data protection regulation is – voluntary consent of a person 

The purpose of handling personal data is to contact clients and maintaining customer relationships 

The information will not be used to making automated decisions or to profiling  

  1. Information content of the register

Information to be recorded to the register includes: the name of a person, name of company/organization, contact information (phone number, e-mail address, address)   

Contact information will be stored for 2 years maximum.

The data stored into the register are received from the customer, for example from contact form messages sent through the website 

  1. Regular extradition of data and transfering data to outside of EU or ETA

The data will not be given to other directions by regular. Data can be published insofar as it has been agreed with the customer. 

  1. Principles of register protection

Caution will be observed when handling the register and the data handled with information systems will be protected appropriately. When register information is stored in internet-servers, the hardware’s physical and digital information security will be appropriately taken care of. The keeper of the register takes care of confidential handling of stored data and access rights to the servers and other data that is critical to personal data, and that this is done by only those employees in whose job description it is included.

Every person in the register has a right to inspect their personal data stored into the register and to demand fixing possible missinformation or completing insufficient data. If a person is willing to inspect the data stored about them or willing to demand correction to them, the reguest must be sent by e-mail to the keeper of the register. The keeper of the register can request the person to prove their identity if necessary. The keeper of the register responds to the customer in the time legislated in the EU’s general data protection regulation (principally within a month) 

  1. Other rights related to handling of personal information

The persons in the register have the right to request the removal of their personal information from the register (”the right to be forgotten”). Likewise the people in the register have the other rights legislated in the EU’s general data protection regulation, such as restricting the handling of their personal data in specific situations. The requests must be sent by e-mail to the keeper of the register. The keeper of the register can request the person to prove their identity if necessary. The keeper of the register responds to the customer in the time legislated in the EU’s general data protection regulation (principally within a month)
